It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. REFUND POLICY All sales are final or No Refunds. Although, we do not offer a standard refund policy. In the event you receive the wrong product or decide a different product is what you would like we will work with you to handle the situation. Please contact us through our contact us page, in advance of shipping the product back to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 5 days of delivery date. SHIPPING POLICY Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase, with the exception of items that have to be constructed upon order. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS: Shipping costs are based on the weight of the item. Shipping rates start at $9.95 and may range to $64.95 for heavier items. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged the current sales tax rate.
